Pokemon’s Super Bowl 2016 TV Ad Released, Slated To Be Telecast for Third Quarter of the Final Game


We’re still a few weeks out from the 2016 Super Bowl 50 of the National Football League (NFL), but we’ve already been fortunate with one of the most amazing commercial ads of the year. To commemorate the franchise’s 20th anniversary, The Pokémon Company spend millions of dollars to place a 2016 Super Bowl 50 commercial ad that will run at the beginning of the Carolina Panthers vs. Denver Broncos game’s third quarter.

Today, we’re able to watch the Pokémon Super Bowl 50 commercial ad’s extended cut video — made by an Los Angeles-based agency named Omelet. On the first forty seconds of the Pokémon’s Super Bowl 50 ad, you’ll see a various crew of young people inspired to dream big and work hard. A boy steps into stadium with Poké Ball in his hand, staring down a Gyarados, a Magneton, a Charizard and a Mega Lucario.

Japanese consumer electronics and video game company Nintendo confirmed that Pokémon Red, Blue and Yellow will arrive in the eShop on February 27th.
