For those superheroes fans who absolutely cannot wait to watch the Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice trailer that is slated to make its first debut at IMAX theaters on Monday, April 20th, there’s now a legit yet unofficial low-quality version released available to see online. This camera recording of the Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice full trailer starts to illuminate the grounds for conflict between two of the world’s favorite DC Comics superheroes.
Superman’s limitless superpowers have apparently earned him the public’s distrust, and Batman is playing a major and usual public protector role in taking the rational being from Krypton. The Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice leaked trailer includes glimpses of actor Henry Cavill reprising his role as Superman and Ben Affleck of “Gone Girl” making his debut as Batman, a role most recently played by “American Hustle” actor Christian Bale. The first full trailer also features various voices giving opinions on superheroes. “We as a population on this planet have been looking for a savior,” says one, while another says that “absolute power corrupts absolutely.”
The various properties of DC Comics are trying to play and catch-up to those of Marvel’s cinematic universe of its superheroes when it comes to the multiplex. The “Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice” is written by Chris Terrio (Argo), from a screenplay by David S. Goyer and under the direction of Zack Snyder of “Man of Steel” and “Watchmen” and is scheduled to be released in 2016.
